Work to live or live to work
half empty half full
It’s Best to be best at both
I now understand the concept of a “circle of life”. :D Good job yet again Brian.
What happens if you start enjoying your work, though?
It might last for some time, may be for quite a long time, but you will always come to the point…” I am wasting my life..”…so, try to enjoy your life and yourself :-)
There is a state between the two – do something interesting and creative with your spare time. Just over a year ago, I got fed up of my life looking exactly like this cartoon – work all day, vegetate all evening – so I decided to use my non-work time to write a book. So now I’ve accomplished something I can be proud of, that I’ve also enjoyed doing. I still have to put in 40 hours a week at the office, but at least there’s some pleasure and accomplishment in the rest of my life.
